2011 Mrs. Oklahoma Pageant

The deadline to enter the Mrs. Oklahoma pageant is February 5, 2011. All fees, required paperwork and optional program book ads must be received in our office by the February 12 deadline. Failure to meet the paperwork deadline will result in disqualification.

We regret that we must charge a Sponsorship Entry Fee. However, the Mrs. Oklahoma Pageants is self-supporting and rely solely upon entry fees to cover production expenses. Contestants may pay the fee themselves or may seek sponsors. Sponsors names are listed in the program book if the contestant desires. For your convenience, you may pay your fees via Paypal, however the Paypal processing fee of 2.9% has been included in the total.

Yes! Contestants may pay the fee in full or may select a payment plan. A $100 deposit is required to initiate a payment plan. Payments of any amount must be made at least every 30 days until the total fee is received. The Sponsorship Entry Fee must be paid in full by the February 12 deadline. No exceptions for any reason. Failure to pay the fee in full by the deadline will result in disqualification.

What if I decide not to compete or am unable to compete? Will I get a refund or credit?

No. Due to high production costs, we will not be able to return any payments so please make sure you will be able to participate in the Oklahoma state pageant before sending any funds. Entry fees paid by entrant, sponsor, and/or advertiser are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part under any circumstances.

Each contestant is responsible for selling one full page program book ad. Advertising sales go directly towards the printing of the program book. All ad sales and payment are due by the February 12, 2011 deadline. Ads are priced as follows:

Full Page (8.5" x 11") - Color	$300
Full Page (8.5" x 11") - Black & White	$150
Half Page (8.5" x 5.5") - Color	$200
Half Page (8.5" x 5.5") - Black & White	$100
Quarter Page (4.25" x 5.5") - Color	$150
Quarter Page (4.25" x 5.5") - Black & White	$75
Business Card (10 per page) - Color	$50
Business Card (10 per page) - Black & White	$ 25
